The Factory is located in the heart of Northside, less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati. The bar team can whip up delicious drinks all night long as guests mingle, chat, and dance. The management has selected a premier list of caterers so couples can count on a perfect meal by choosing the professionals who are right for their event.   • On the wedding day: we will be getting your bridal party + family members down the aisle, help make sure your timeline is followed, flip the ceremony space for cocktail hour and overseeing event closure!

 

HISTORY

ORIGINALLY KNOWN AS PARKS WOODWORKING MACHINE CO., THE SPACE WAS BUILT IN 1902 AS PART OF THE MANUFACTURER’S EXPANSION IN NORTHSIDE. IT WAS CONTINUOUSLY USED AS A PRODUCTION FACILITY UNTIL THE 1990’S WHEN IT WAS CONVERTED INTO SHARED ARTIST STUDIOS AND MEETING SPACE. AS TIME PASSED THE HISTORIC STRUCTURE DETERIORATED AND REQUIRED SIGNIFICANT REPAIRS.

GREY ROCK DEVELOPMENT, LOCALLY OWNED AND BASED IN NORTHSIDE, BEGAN THE 3-YEAR RENOVATION AND CONVERSION IN 2016. THE FACTORY EVENTS IS A LOVE LETTER TO
HISTORIC PRESERVATION AND ADAPTIVE REUSE. MODERN DESIGN AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL HAS TRANSFORMED A DILAPIDATED INDUSTRIAL BUILDING INTO A BEAUTIFUL, TIMELESS SPACE FOR ALL OF LIFE’S CELEBRATIONS.

  • 4500 sq feet! We can accomodate up to 175 seated guests or 200 cocktail style!

  • Valet is required for any event over 50 guests (prices start at $200 and up) and the lot we use is right across the street from us! Cars can be left overnight if needed!

  • YES! We have a mobility ramp in the courtyard that leads to all event spaces.

  • No. All of our booked couples are required to book through one of our preferred caterers. You can learn more about them here.

  • Yes. Your rental fee includes all tables, chairs & linens, for both ceremony & reception!

  • We have both an on-site garden suite available + loft available.

    The garden suite is across the deck from the reception space with keyless entry. It has a full sized kitchen, bathroom, dressing room + living room. It includes mimosas + coffee for your whole group and you can get in as early as you need to in the morning to accommodate hair + makeup schedules!

    The private loft is upstairs and has a restroom, mini fridge, games, full size mirrors & + comfy seating to hang out prior to the ceremony!
